Zucchini Relish

This relish can be used with your burgers, hotdogs, sandwiches and much more.You can also make simple but tasty salads such as potato, Tuna, Chicken and egg salad.    3 item salad:  Cooked and cooled diced potatoes, Mayonaise, andZucchini Relish.Mix all together, then enjoy. There is no set measurement, just add to taste for all 4 salads.
