Freeze Dried Rhubarb

Did you know rhubarb is a vegetable ???  All these years I thought it was a fruit.  BUT WHAT DO I KNOW??

All I know is its delicious and can be used in so many ways.  when its out of season and theres none in the freezer and you want  a rhubarb crisp or pie just open your bag of freeze dried rhubarb, soak it in warm water for a few minutes then use as usual.  You can crumble dry over ice cream, in pancakae or

cake batter ETC, ETC, ETC.
